Not Just for Kids
- Discover the Dancing Foot Difference
The Instructors. The Studio. The Vibe.
Founded in 2000, Dancing Foot Yoga ("DFY") is a well-established
yoga studio for Adults and Children, specializing in Anusara, Iyengar and
Ashtanga traditions. Alignment is emphasized and, therefore, safety.
DFY is an excellent choice for all: those who are new to yoga, or
seasoned practitioners; healthy, or with a pre-existing injury; bold, or
shy.
The
Instructors: Experience, Dedication, Compassion, Humor, Warmth
The majority of DFY instructors have been practicing yoga
for decades and have been affiliated with Dancing Foot for over ten
years. This allows for highly individualized instruction in a
friendly, safe, nurturing (yet challenging) environment. Instructors
guide their students with wisdom, humor, and loving kindness.
The Studio: Big, Bright, Spacious and Airy
Loft
Hard wood floors,
huge windows, 13 foot ceilings, and plenty of room to move. DFY is
located in the heart of Red Bank with convenient street parking in front
and a large municipal lot behind the studio.
The result is a
warm, nurturing community setting where both seasoned and novice
practitioners feel welcomed and encouraged.
Please come and
experience it for yourself.
